When a piece is chosen, it begins its journey to you. For orders within Belgium, this passage comes at no cost — a quiet gesture, free and unburdened. For those outside, a fee accompanies its travel, a simple acknowledgment of the path it must take.

Each item is prepared with precision, its voyage carefully tracked. As it moves from my hands to yours, we will share its progress, so you know when to expect its arrival.

Every piece you receive is shaped by the hands of a skilled craftsman, where artistry and intention meet. Subtle variations, textures, or slight irregularities in the execution are not imperfections but signatures of the human touch — small marks of individuality in a world of mass production. These nuances are part of the charm, reflecting the time and care poured into each creation.

If the piece you receive doesn’t align with your vision, you have 14 days to inform us via e-mail. It must be returned as it was sent — unmarked, unchanged, and complete. We hold the right to decline a return if the item shows any signs of wear or damage.

Your responsibility lies in returning the piece in its original state. Should it arrive otherwise, the return may not be accepted.

The expense of the return is yours to cover, as are the original shipping fees. These costs, woven into the journey of the item, are not refundable. However, the value of the piece will be returned to you once it is returned in its original condition.
